1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on www.boulevardensoutlet.dk

All agreements are concluded in Danish.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

The prices are current prices and only apply within the borders of Denmark.
We reserve the right to make corrections for printing errors and out-of-stock items.

3. Order

The price stated at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the order.

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

Stock status

In stock
If the item is in stock, we will ship within 1–3 business days.

Order item
After completing your purchase, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time when the item is received from the supplier.

Expected in stock on xx/xx–xxxx
The item is not in stock and is on order from the supplier. The date is indicative.

Delivery in Denmark

When purchasing 2 lamps or more, we offer delivery to your home address with PostNord home delivery.

When purchasing 1 lamp, the shipping price is DKK 131 and delivery is made to GLS Parcel Shop/Pakkekobks or PostNord Parcel Shop.

Shipping time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 6–12 business days
Total delivery time: 7–15 business days

During periods of high demand (Black Friday and Christmas), parcel shops may be full and the package may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop.

  • PostNord home delivery

  • Pick-up in store in Aalborg (by prior arrangement via email)

For large lamps (over 120 cm on one side) or heavy items, delivery can be made by another carrier or our own truck. We will contact you to agree on a delivery time.

We offer curbside delivery or collection by arrangement.
We do not mount lamps or furniture on walls or ceilings.

Freight prices apply to bridged islands in Denmark.

We only deliver to the Nordic countries.

If the package is not picked up in time at the parcel shop, it will be returned to us. Resending will be subject to a new shipping fee.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done as soon as possible via e-mail to info@boulevardensoutlet.dk with the subject “Cancellation” and stating the order number.

If the item has already been shipped, the customer will pay the shipping cost.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

7. Right of withdrawal (Refund policy)

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

If several items are delivered individually, the deadline applies from receipt of the last item.

You must notify us via info@boulevardensoutlet.dk within 30 days.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing receipt without giving notice.

8. Returns

After notification of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

You pay for the return yourself and are liable for damage during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail.
Maximum expected return cost: DKK 850.

We recommend returning in original packaging.

9. Refund

We will refund all payments, including standard delivery, no later than 30 days after receiving notice of cancellation.

Additional delivery costs are not refundable.

Refunds are made using the same payment method.

We may withhold the amount until the item has been returned or documentation is available.

Personal delivery is possible by prior arrangement.

11. Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty period is granted in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the error.
