Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Boulevardens Outlet.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You can contact us via email at info@boulevardensoutlet.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Return

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

You will bear the costs of returning the item, and you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail.
The costs for returning these goods are expected to be a maximum of DKK 850.

Condition of the item upon return

If the item has lost value because it has been used in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back.

The refund depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you only get a refund for the shipping costs or no refund at all.

We recommend that the item be returned in its original packaging.
Lack of original packaging may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, we will refund your payment amount.
If the item is depreciated, the amount for which you are liable will be deducted.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery), no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.

You can also return the item in person by prior arrangement.

At Boulevardens Outlet we value satisfied customers. If you regret your purchase, you can use our 30-day return policy.

The right of return only applies to goods purchased at www.boulevardensoutlet.dk

We do not accept packages sent without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

As a customer, you pay for the return yourself.
Packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping will not be replaced. This means that you will not be able to get a full or partial refund if the item is damaged or lost during return shipping.

Please print the return form and include it with the item when returning it.

The return form must be filled out with:

• Name

• Address

• Telephone number

• Order number

In the event of a complaint (error or defect), this return procedure should not be used.
