Why are your lamps so affordable?
Our lamps primarily come from stores, showrooms and design exhibitions in Denmark and Europe as display models (Outlet products).
The lamps have mainly been used for display and are therefore in good condition.
All products are thoroughly checked, cleaned and packaged by our team before being shipped.
That's why we can offer attractive prices without compromising on quality.
How is the quality of the products?
Since some of our products are display models, individual lamps may have minor cosmetic marks such as small scratches or light signs of wear.
These do not affect the function, safety or lifespan of the lamp.
Each lamp undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment to ensure it functions properly.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our store in Aalborg.
After completing your order, please contact us via email.
When your order is ready, we will notify you of pickup.
Which countries do you deliver to and how long is the delivery time?
We deliver exclusively to the Nordic countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Denmark: approximately 7–15 business days
Sweden and Finland: approximately 10–21 business days
Norway and Iceland: approximately 14–21 business days
The delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and the size of the item.
What delivery options do you offer?
In Denmark we offer the following delivery methods:
Parcel shop: GLS Parcel shop or PostNord Parcel shop
Home delivery: PostNord home delivery
Pick-up in store in Aalborg (by appointment via email)
For larger lamps with a single dimension over 120 cm, delivery can be made by another carrier or our own truck. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Can I return the item and get my money back?
Yes. You have 30 days to cancel from the day you receive the item.
After you have notified us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
The return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 30 days at the latest and will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
